A simple rotation of exercises broken up by 3 rounds of sprints.
Exercises, in cadence, included:
Bent over rows
Single Leg Glute Bridge
BBS w/ coupon as counter-weight
Glute Bridge W Coupon
- Race to first island and back – 1st PAX back does 1 burpee, 2nd does 2, and so on.
- Suicide Run – Race to first island and back, then second island and back – 1st PAX back does 1 burpee, 2nd does 2, and so on.
- Suicide +Big Boys – just like above, but add 10 BBS at the first turnaround, and 15 at 2nd. Still doing burpees as per placement on return
