WARMUP: We warmed up things
THE THANG: BD was split up between Chick Magnet and Fawlty Towers. Chick had the half. We did Adora at the front lawn.
100 Merkins, partner bear crawl across the grass and sprint back. Next was 75 big boys, partner sprint across and sprint back. Then 50 Mike Tyson, partner bear crawl across and sprint back, last 25 burpees, partner sprint across and sprint back, go back up if time left.
Next Fawlty had us doing 11s by the stairs. Copperhead Squats at the bottom and star jumps at the top. Had a few minutes left so we did 7s. Lungi at the bottom and toe taps at the top.
