Pie Bar led the mosey to the middle of the field.  Then Cookie N Cream led the warm up.  Which included side straddle hops, squats, merkins, weedpickers, and sun gods

Pie Bar then instructed the men to do 11s, burpees and pull ups in the cat box

Rembrandt requried the men to do 25 Big boy situps, LBCs, and Fredie Mercury’s.

Ice T led the Pax down to the hill for poll position with 8 monkey humpers on top and 8 mike tysons on the bottom.

I took the group to the basketball court for suicides but at each line burpees and then merkins

Callahan kept us on the basketball court for sprints

Finally we got back to the field for a 10 minute game of speedball
