- The Thang 1 (appetizer): Mosey to kitty box for 7’s. Ranger merkins on one side of volley ball court. Bear crawl to other side and do jump squats. Crabwalk or crawl bear back to other side
- The Thang 2 (main entrée): Mosey to Catbox for 3 rounds of 5 one minute exercises (PAX split into 5 groups and rotated): burpee pull-ups; swerkins; step-ups; BBS; farmer carry with coupons at kitty box. PAX all did one lap after each circuit
- Finisher: Speedball. When team scored, other team did 5 burpees.
