THE THANG: In pairs, each PAX would take turns doing bus lanes with a cinder block while the other run down to E Cherokee and back.
The PAX doing the bus lanes would bear crawl down to the first lane (10) and drag the coupon with them. They would then do squat n’ presses, reps equaled the bus lane #. They would then rifle carry back and do 1 blockie and plank waiting for their partner to return from their lap and switch. Each PAX would do their own bus lanes, 10 down to 1.
