YHC cranked up the all Lynyrd Skynyrd playlist and we moseyed around the parking lot a bit. Then: 5 Burpees OYO, SSHs in cadence, 5 Burpees OYO, Weedpickers.
Mosey over to the outdoor classroom, find a partner, and knock out 10 burpees.
Pick a partner and get to know them by doing 10 burpees together. Then 1 partner ran a ~1/3 mile loop around the building while the other partner started working through the exercises below:
- 10 Dips
- 10 Big Boys
- 10 Step-ups
- 10 Merkins
- 10 Bonnie Blairs
After completing the loop, find your partner and do 10 more burpees together. Rinse and repeat. Except – every time you complete the exercises on the board, increase reps by 10.
Almost every group was towards the end of the 50 reps round when YHC called time and we headed back to the flag for some Mary.
Also – pretty sure every partner group ran the 1/3 mile loop twice during Free Bird with time to spare.
Prayed for our nation as we move forward into a new federal government administration – specifically for unity, grace, and mercy. Also prayed for our brothers out either with COVID-19 or quarantining because of exposure.
