THE THANG: Celebrating the anniversary release of the Ramones 1976 album doing the Blitzkrieg Burpee Bop!
Ran around the building with the stairs 5 times. 4 sets of stairs and at the top each set we did burpees. First lap we started with 1 burpee each and increased 1 burpee each lap totaling 60 Burpees
Starting at the bottom of the large stair set did 10 BBSU’s. Ran to the top of the stairs did 1 burpee then 10 Dips on the benches. Each set we pyramided up to 5 burpees and back down to 1. Total of 25 burpees.
