WARMUP: moseyd on down to the cul de sac, held a plank for a minute, went right into shoulder taps and mountain climbers. from there, side straddle hops, imperial walkers, copperhead merkins, copperhead squats, Moroccan nightclubs and the arm circles / Michael Phelps.
THE THANG:
next we bear crawled up the hill, suicide fashion, stopping at a mailbox, doing American hammers, and then crawling back down. we did this for 4 mailboxes, with 10, 15, 20 and 25 American hammers. after the 6 was in we partnered up for a reverse 3-2-1 Dora. as time neared, we all stuck together to do as many merkins oyo. I am very proud of copper and hustler for fishing their Dora.
