Bear Crawling Towards Our Next Punishment!

YHC had decided to give the fine men of The Apex some pain this morning in the form on doing the escalator with Bear Crawls. The PAX was going to work out together IC. In doing so, YHC had the PAX count off, there were 12 of us in the gloom this morning.

There will be a starting point and an end point. Each leg of the escalator will begin at the Starting Point with 10 Merkins then Bear Crawl 5 yards and begin a new punishment. If you were # 1 you got to lead Pain Station #1, if you were # 2 you got to lead Pain Station #2, and so on. After Pain Station #1 was completed, PAX were instructed to Bernie Sanders back to the Starting Point and start all over.

Each time the PAX started back at the Starting Point, 10 more punishments were added. It went like this 10- 10,20,- 10,20,30 – 10,20,30,40 – 10,20,30,40,50 – 10,20,30,40,50,60 – 10,20,30,40,50,60,70 – 10,20,30,40,50,60,70,80 – 10,20,30,40,50,60,70,80,90 – 10,20,30,40,50,60,70,80,90, 100. The way it was supposed to go. As we all know , it never works that way.

By the time we got to doing 30 WW II’s it was modified to LBCS. YHC instructed that Q for that particular exercise could modify as needed. YHC decided to incorporate Weed Pickers, Michael Phelps, and Sun Gods before getting started again with 10 Merkins to help loosen up a bit, which became part of the routine.

We did not have enough time to finish – but by all means we were all exhausted! This was indeed a punishment of suck! Thank you men for sharing the pain this morning in the gloom!
