Workout included 2 man teams, one completing bear crawls or crab walks at each level of the amphitheater (one level at a time) switching with partner to compete the following exercises:
- box cutters
- scotch guard bend overs
- inch work merkins
- Carolina dry docks
teams switched for each exercise.
on stage, 4 sets of 25 curls with coupons, 5, 10, 15, 15 merkins in between curls.
