Field of Dreams. Set up a baseball diamond in parking lot with cones. PAX counted off 1-4. 1’s went to first base AMRAP Squats, 2’s to second base for AMRAP merkins, 3’s to third base for AMRAP flutter kicks and 4’s went to home plate for 15 burpees then moved around the bases. The PAX moved when the other group comes to your base.
The Thang 2
7 of Diamond – OYO. Start at home plate, 7 burpees then travel to all the bases doing 7 burpees. Then 14 flutter kicks at all the bases, then 21 merkins at all the bases, then 28 squats at all the bases.

Escalator Four Corners – As a group, start at Home plate, 10 flutter kicks (IC), mosey (or sprint) to first base 10 LBCs (IC), 10 Flutter Kicks (IC), move to second base 10 Rosalitas (IC), 10 LBCs (IC), 10 Flutter kicks (IC) then move to third base 10 Leg Raise, 10 Rosalitas (IC), 10 LBCs (IC), 10 Flutter Kicks (IC).
