As much as I wish I was going back to my 30’s, today I plunge further into me 40’s. Starting the beatdown feeling old, fat and cranky; probably not aging fault as much so as it is the two heavy pours of bourbon and half tub of pimento cheese I consumed in the late hours.
Came out of the beatdown feeling less of those things and a hell of lot better thanks to the f3 bros there to heckle and sweat out the demons with me.

THE THANG: a lot of going up just to go back down again. Working one hill and three different stair cases with core excises on top and bottom.
