I was early to double-check a route. Narco was running laps, probably to get miles over on Doddy. But my early nearly became a late Q, as I sprinted back. Awkward start, I know.
Warm up: windmills, flying sun gods, hairy Rockettes, Grady corn, mountain man poopers, daisy pickers .
Mosey thru the trail. Bench dips. Mosey to the field. Good morning Abby’s.
Indian Bear Crawl – all PAX crawling forward the full distance. (~80yds)
50 flutterkicks, duck walk; 50 flutterkicks crab walk; 50 flutterkicks gorilla walk. (~60yds, each walk)
CoP: Merkin wave – all hold plank, 1st PAX does 1 pushup, 2nd PAX does 1 pushup, etc. 15 pushups. Halfway thru, it started to click, that it was supposed to look like a wave.
CoP: Failure to Launch variation – all PAX hold Al Gore, 1st PAX does 1 sq. jump, 2nd PAX does 1 sq. jump, etc. 15 squat jumps total, and a long time holding that squat.
CoP: all PAX do BBS while 1 PAX at a time does burpee broad jump around the circle; PAX returns and next PAX does burpee broad jumps; so forth and so on. Think “duck duck goose”.
Whamo lunge walks. This looked better in my head. Kinda descended into a cluster.
Time allowed, so we’re grabbing our stash of concrete blocks. 30 BBS with block on chest. Mosey around and return blocks to their hideaway.
