THE THANG: Run sub 30min 5K/3mile and circle back up for a core workout.
For the core workout we spent the first 5 minutes without feet touching the ground at all, even during rest or between exercises. After leading a handful we went around the circle and let every PAX lead…. Every PAX other than Maaco lead.
