What a way to welcome in 2021 than with a BD called 21.
We did an Indian Run around the big loop of the school back to the flag where we did some Side Straddle Hops, Goofballs (standing mountain climbers), Weed Pickers and Sun gods.
Then we got into THE THANG!
We had four corners working different parts of the body. Corner 1 you could choose from: Dying Cockroaches, LBCs, Freddie Mercury’s or American Hammers; Corner 2: Curls with a Coupon (cinder block), Triceps Curls (behind the head), Overhead Presses and Dips; Corner 3: Burpees, Merkins, and Shoulder Taps and Corner 4: Ballerina Toe Squats (on your toes with your hands in front), Side Jump Squats, Monkey Humpers, and Lunges.
In the center of these corners we had an agility ladder and hurdles. Between each round, the PAX would run through the agility ladder, being lead by O-Line and jump the hurdles.
We broke up into four groups of three. Round 1 we did all of the exercises – 21 reps each. The subsequent rounds, we took turns choosing an exercise from the list and then rotated to the next station. Always doing 21 reps for each exercise! Always working together.
In the COT, we prayed for @Hombre and his family and other requests from the guys. @Coach Twilight was the sixth man and brought us to church as he shared. Awesome testimony!
