THE THANG:
Ruck up to the playground for some Team Pull Ups, then back to the hill leading to the AO. With a quick stop to do 5 Bent Over Rows, 5 Over Head Press, 10 Merkins, Ruck up 15 Squats. Rinse and Repeat ×5. up the hill as quickly as possible to the front of the theater. As we continue with the 5.5.10.15. ×5. This was intentionally a little Murphy Like!!!
