WARMUP: Some of us did a 2.0 mile pre-run. Met under the main entryway to avoid the wet. WP’s, Windmills, Little Baby Arm Circles or SG’s, Pepper Grinders.
THE THANG: 1 Pax would ruck around the entrance farmer carrying (2) 40 lb. sand bags while rest of Pax performed an exercise w/ ruck bag until he returned, then switch. Squat Thrusts, Merkins, Calf Raises, Curls, Alabama Prom Dates, Overhead Weighted Sit-Ups, Bent Over Row, Skull Crushers. Some silently questioned what day of the week it was b/c we weren’t walking. To be nice, we finished with a quick 15 minute, 1 mile ruck.
