Today was a nice and hot. Very, very hot. But still we were able to have a great workout. Paper Jam and LT. Dan came in a little late because of getting lost on the pre-run, don’t worry, the fault was all theres. So without them, we started off with Mozzy out of the parking lot towards the basketball court, around the soccer field, and back up to the area between the front right tennis court and playground. Here we did our-

- 5 Copperhead merkins
- 10 Weed Pickers
- Sun Gods and Michael Phelps OYO
Everyone partners up with another person. These two people will compete against each other. One of them will take a lap, while the other will be doing the exercise. The lap will start off as going around all three tennis courts then decreasing. The exercises are-
- American Hammers
- Overhead Claps
Switched to go around 2 tennis courts
- Bonnie Blairs
Switched to go around 1 tennis court
- Mike Tysons
- Imperial Walkers
Once the first person gets back they switch and the other person runs while the second person tries to do the same amount of reps as the person before. If they don’t reach the target, they have to do 10 burpees, if they do, their partner has to do the 10 burpees. Once done, switch to the next exercise.
Nano shared as six-man and then he and Chubbs started a discussion about golf. after regaining control, we prayed for all the prayer requests and finally got to actually to a circle of fistbumps.
