Since it is Veteran’s Day we used that for the theme of some of our exercises. I played drill sergeant. Fortunately there were no veterans in our group so I could fake it and nobody knew any different.

In Memory of the Murph – Special Pull-ups
Pull-ups on command up and down until you can’t pull up anymore. Down had to be full hanging as long as you could hold on. Called it after about 10 rounds. I think @Saluki and @Jack Bauer out lasted us all. @Saluki was high because he has an accepted offer on a house.
Moved to the retainer wall for some dips and step-ups on command.
