THE THANG: All pax hit the starting line on the track and we hit start on a timer. Everyone had to do a 1/2 mile. This was repeated every 5 min. Once the pax made their loop they had a list of exercises to attempt to knock out in between running loops ( 100 squats, 100 merkins, 100 big boys). As extra incentive to run hard there was a (1) burpee penalty for each pax you let beat you to the finish line. These burpees had to be completed prior to doing the other.
Everyone pushed hard and got stronger!
