After enjoying a week of Fool’s Spring, we welcomed back 1 of the 12 seasons of Georgia, 2nd Winter. We celebrated with the start of a Puppet Q..Bloodhound came up with the beatdown and YHC directed it! and of course it was 2 of Bloodhound’s favorites…

WARMUP: It was cold and we needed a warm. Grab the sandbags and mosey to the turf field. Deposit the sandbags at the goal line and circle up! Mission statement spoken to perfection, 10 Merkins and then 10 Apollo Ohno’s..for the Olympics, right? …mosey to the goal line…
THE THANG: #1 – SPARTAN 100! Starting the goaline, sprint to the other goal line and do 10 HR merkins. Mosey back to the start…10 rounds = 100 HR merkins…kinda warm now..maybe a little sweat…

THANG #2 – DOUBLE 1/4 POUNDER W/ CHEESE
Another Bloodhound classic. Partner up..Pax A bear crawls with the sandbag and Pax B bear crawls next to HIM to the 25 yard line. Do 25 Merkins…Run back to the start.. Run back to the sandbag and Pax B bear crawls with the sandbag to the 50 YL while Pax A bear crawls and do 50 Mountain Climbers, run back, switch..then to the other side 25 YL for 75 Squats, and then to the GL for 100 SSHs…Pax then carried the sandbag to the starting goal line….time getting low, time to head back to the flag!
MARY: Ran out of time. Mary said it was too cold and went to Waffle House. Mary is Smart!
