WARMUP: SSH, Imperial Walkers, Weed Pickers, Sungods, Michael Phelps
THE THANG:
1. Mosey down the road by the practice fields, stopping at each light pole for 5 merkins. We worked our way to the Middle School in this fashion.

2. Perform 10 BBS, 10 flutter kicks, 10 American hammers, then mosey around the roundabout and draw a card. Red: go down the hill, perform 10 BBS, and climb back up. Black: perform 5 burpees, mosey around the roundabout, and perform 5 more burpees. Rinse and repeat.

3. 10 dips in cadence on the retaining wall by the front of the Middle School. Mosey up and then back down the stairs. Rinse and repeat a few times.

4. Mosey back to the flag, stopping at various light poles to perform 5 squats.
