The Thang (1): PB’s classic escalator. Perform exercise. Run across field and do 10 BBS’s. Run back to cat box, perform same exercise and add an exercise. R&R and increase set by one exercise each round. For this one we also used coupons as restrictor plates during the run. Exercises were:
- pull-ups (5)
- Maktar N’dayas (10)
- Bench jumps (15)
- Merkins (20)
- Squats (25)
- Plank jacks (30)
- Rosalitas (35)
- SSH’s (40)
We did this until the first PAX finished.
Thang (2): Deck of Pain. Circle up in middle of field and pull cards. Did about 7 rounds
Thang (3): Speedball. We played speedball, which is fast becoming a Catbox tradition

Naked man moleskin: YHC always enjoys the Catbox, and this was no different. Great coffeeteria afterward and great competition/camaraderie during speedball (admittedly, Team 1 was a bit stacked). YHC is missing someone on this Backblast, so apologies. Caddy Shack also was there – he is not in Slack.
