THE THANG: Ruck to firestation. Sailor Moon dropped a sandbag so penalty event in parking lot. PAX planked in a line shoulder to shoulder. PAX at end bear crawled to other end while all PAX held a Plank. continue until everyone has bear crawled. Number 2’s grab sandbags for the ruck back to amphitheater.

Wastewater 20: 20 reps of called exercise. after performing exercise PAX ruck quickly around amphitheater going up the stairs. Winner calls the next exercise.

Cool down ruck back to fire station. 2’s get the sandbags first, 1s carry on way back.
