With tunes at the center, we went to each corner to perform 20 reps of each exercise listed.
Square 1: Flutter Kicks, American Hammers, LBCs
Square 2: Goblet Squats, Lunges, Thrusters
Square 3: Single Arm Bent Over Rows, Upright Rows, Curls
Square 4: Lat Pullovers, Skull Crushers, Single Arm Chest Press
Then to the center:
Overhead Press, Straight Leg Dead Lifts, KB Offset Merkins
