WARMUP: SSH, WP, Copper Head Merkins
THE THANG: Partnered up. Partner 1 ran around track. Partner 2 rifle carried as far as possible without letting SB drop. Once SB went below their head they had to do merkins until their partner made it back around to them. Partners switched and repeated the process. This continued until ever SB made it around a full lap.

Started a 2nd lap but instead of rifle carry we did 2x squrls and then threw the SB
