YHC is making the effort to expand my knowledge on the robust dictionalry of exercises known as the Lexicon. In doing so I used the brave willing pax of the colosseum to try some new (to me) exercises
Dan Taylors: 1:4 ratio of squats to lunges. Increasing to our final number of 10 squats and 40 lunges
Dora 1-2-3: Dora consisting of 100 Merkins, 200 LBCs, and 300 Squats. Partner ran 100 yards and then ran back to relieve partner doing exercise.
Bolt 45s: The Colt 45s for runners: In Cadence 15 standing to half squat straight into 15 half squat to full squats straight into 15 jump squats

Yul Brynner: Magnificent Seven Merkins. Progress through 7 different types of merkins without stopping/holding plank between each one: Carolina Dry Dock to Wide Merkin to Merkin to Ranger Merkin to Diamond Merkin to Crucible Merkin to Chuck Norris Merkin.
Mary with two new options thrown into the mix. Protractors: An angle is called and pax have to hold feet at that angle. XYs 4 count cadence combining a rosalita with a flutter kick.
The Q probably complained about the exercises more than the pax but we all suffered together. Great group of men!
