THE THANG: It was raining. It was emo. We alternated suicide circuits with 6 exercises (3 on each side of the breezeway): big boys, monkey humpers, mountain climbers, flutterkicks, t-bombs, and squats. 3 circuits with mosey, bear crawls, and lunges.
