WARMUP:
SSH, Weedpickers, Tumbleweeds, Sungods, Tclaps
THE THANG:
Mosied down to field and divided into 2 teams. Each had 50lb sandbag.
Each team performed reverse Indian run, first PAX throwing sandbag then rotating to back of line. Wash, rinse, repeat for 2 trips up and down the field.

All PAX then sprinted down and back.

Then did bucket line to right up and down the field. Then bucket line to left up and down the field. Much confusion and many collisions ensued but by the end of the run I think we were performing like an ungreased and rusty machine.

That “run” ended during Thunderstruck, and due to Crue’s love of burpees I called an audible and we began burpees to the music until done.

We then lunged to the end of the field and back, during which Sooorie revealed that something was hanging too low (see BB title 🤣 ) and getting wet. Oh well.

Began to broad jump the length of the field but ran out of time.
