Four Corner Tabata Circuit
(Tabata being: 20 seconds on, 10 seconds to rest/transition to next station.
Cycle through all stations AMRAP for 8 cycles – or 4 minutes per set)

Repeat Set a second time after a break of no more than 60 seconds. Next, jog a lap up and around the gazebo and back before moving on to next set.

Ring of Fire:
Circle up in plank on the 6 and hold while YHC prepares our sound track (the man in black – Johnny Cash would have liked the F3 gear) and all hold plank while going around the circle each performing 10 merkins one PAX at a time.
6 Minutes of Mary:
A PAX calls out the exercise and leads the group by counting the reps, then calling out the next PAX to lead.
NAKED MAN MOLESKIN:
Scamper was notably missing during the workout, but redeemed himself by pulling in at precisely 6:15am with donut holes and coffee… Ok, Scamper, you get a pass this time for being a HIM. Butterfly joined us, but is not yet in the database, so is not named in the PAX above. Brad Pitt got in something like 780 merkins during the beatdown. Fuzzy and Wild Thing who haven’t been to the clinic in a long time dropped in and hopefully will be back for more. Homer seemed almost giddy about the tabata intervals, maybe he’s only been PRETENDING to hate indian runs… YHC will have to watch him more closely and relay what developments can be observed. Miata and Scarlet are also not usually Clinic guys, great to see both and get in some work together. Coffeteria was on point, especially considering we expected none without a site Q present – kudos to Scamper for saving coffeteria.
