THE THANG: #1 – Partner Up; Round #1 – 10 Curls w/ blocks, run down to Gym Entrance; do Rock, Paper, Scissors..loser does 5 burpees, winner does 10 merkins. Three rounds of this, increasing the curls by 5 each time.

THANG #2; Same Partners. Partner #1 does exercise, while Partners #2 farmer carries both blocks around parking lot. Once Partner #1 finishes, runs and switches with Partner #2. Partner #2 then does said exercise:
