Given the cold, YHC was intent on keeping the PAX moving, so strayed from the friendly confines of the Cat Box and went on a field trip through BridgeMill and the golf course.
Warm-o-rama: SSH’s; weed pickers; zombie kicks; air presses; sun gods; phelps; copperhead merkins; copperhead squats
The Thang: Proceed to run down BridgeMill Avenue, stopping for 5 burpees at every Stop sign. Turn right onto the 13th hole and run from the green all the way up past the tee boxes and onto Cedar Woods Trail, to white board in front of YHC’s house. Perform the following exercise circuit 4 times, performing each exercise for 30 seconds and resting 10 seconds in between exercises:
- Snow Boarder’s
- Mountain Climbers
- Diamond David Lee Roth Burpees
- Rocky Balboas
- Alternating Shoulder Taps
- Reverse Crunches
- Sprint to golf cart crossing and back
After 4 cycles PAX jogged back to Cat Box via 12th and 11th holes. All in, we hit just under 3 miles on top of the exercise circuits
