WARMUP: Yes but I need to refresh myself on the lions den warmup manual
THE THANG: To follow Oddjobs Christmas in July then we had two teams of samaritans purse Santa’s each team had a bucket and the goal was to steal coins from the other team.
To steal you had to run and do an exercise before grabbing a coin (20 reps for body weight exercise or 10 for coupon work). You then bring the coin back to your bucket. To deposit the coin you had to do 10 reps body weight exercise or 5 for coupon work.
We had Ice Ts tunes playing during the competition. When a song ended a new exercise was called. We made it through the following
