THE THANG: Camped out at the tall stairwell. Split up into 4 groups. 3 groups did an exercise while 1 group did stairwell suicides – Each landing was a turning point back to the bottom and once we reached the top you did 5 burpees. After this group finished each group shifts to a new exercise.
