Warmo: long mosey to warm up core, various exercises
The Thang: Perform the following circuit as many times as possible for 40 minutes: 5 strict form pull-ups; 10 BBS; 15 HR or chest to ground merkins; 20 flutter kicks (4x); and 1/4 mile run. Lead group completed 8.75 circuits.
Finisher: Mosey to pavilion. 10 minute EMOM : plank for 39 seconds during top half of each minute. Perform squats/lunges on bottom half of each minute.
