Mosey to the stairs for some Calf Raises. (22 each leg and 22 both legs.)
To the terraces for some Dips and Step-up Knee Raises. (22 per set of Dips, 22 each leg for Step-up Knee Raises) Finished with a set of 22 Crunchy Frogs.
Indian Run to the Chattahoochee Tech parking lot for the next Series. Divided into groups of 3 for a three man dora. At the top of the parking lot first person would begin a series of exercises (Diamond Merkins, Bonnie Blair’s, Freddie Mercury’s, Mike Tyson’s, Bobby Hurley’s) while at the bottom of the parking lot a second person would Bernie Sanders up the hill to relieve them. The third person grabbed a coupon (rock) and began a different series of exercises (Man Makers w/coupon, American Hammers w/coupon, Curls w/coupon, Pop Squats, Big Boy Situps) until being relieved by the first person. (Cumulative count for each exercise was 66).
Indian Run back to the Flag for some Mary. (Box Cutters, Merkins, Flutter Kicks, and of course 6 inches)
Great to have Nano getting P-Body (Next Generation) out there early even though he can’t run he’s posting 6 days a week…. Inspirational!
Thanks P-Body for sharing as the 6th man this a.m. Prayers for managing his time so he’s not so tired. (We all need that.)
