Set the alarm, double check the alarm, test the alarm, still miss the alarm…thankfully Rocket Dog thought it was running day.
Wow, these cars just keep rolling in…guess Pitchfork threw out the call to have everyone show up with a BD planned.
Mosey around the back of the school to the bus lanes area and come up on HS finest enjoying a break in the parking lot…someone go EH them. Make sure the dashcam can see us for 10x IC SSH 10x IC Imperial Walkers and 5x Burpees (OYO).
So without much planned (is it really that obvious?) line up at bus lane #1 starting with LBCs every odd bus lane reps increase by 5 the only way to travel through the even lanes was lunge walk, bear crawl or broad jump. with 15 bus lanes its equals to alot of LBCs…HSPD filming our entire routine still.
One of good friends Jack Webb showed up to most of the PAXs moans and groans….WOW 50% of the PAX have never done these before…com’on veterans. IC all the to 10:40 with different PAX calling cadence on them. Walt doesnt even skip a beat calling cadence on his second day of F3 (not an FNG today)
Back to the bus lanes for the same routine but with 5 squats without increasing the reps.
we did some plank and run routine that i cant really remember, Tebow didnt hear the instructions and did what he thought YHC said…sure whatever.
Typical Dora 1-2-3 “TEBOW, DORA!!!”
merkins, squats, LBCs finished up to do an indian run on the track, yup theres a track over here, Gringo decides to go wherever he wants and we get back to the flag for 3 min of mary.
praises for Pink Panther and his family that his dad got out of the ICU after 9 days and it at home resting! Theres still alot going on in this world that we need to think of and lead our families and community down the correct path.
The Van fundrasier was a success for Homeboys neighbor, keep it up men and dont be afraid to let the rest of the group know where we can help out.
Gotta yell for Tebow to hear you or he will start to wander around
Walt killed it for his first BD, well second, we werent sure until YHC got ready to start naming him.
Pitchfork brought Ol’ Glory home this time.
