Mosey down to the pit of despair.
Along the way, whenever a car is passing and the Q calls “play it cool” all PAX hold an air chair and read an invisible magazine.
Similarly, “Greek Statue” = strike a pose and hold.
Partner up! for Cup-O-sticks
When your song comes on you pull a popsicle stick and read the exercise. Partner A performs the exercise while partner B runs the hill. Flapjack until the song changes.
There are a few wild cards in the cup, two got pulled: a set of 10 hydro burpees, and a set of 50 leg throws.
After an eclectic mix of songs and exercises ranging from V holds to Hertkins, and others between, it’s time to mosey back to the flag – bringing the boombox back with us.
Along the route “play it cool” and “Greek statue” are still in play, now with “I Can’t Dance” (a bouncing lunge walk) improvised and added to the mix.
Back at the flag before the Woodshedders, we get to Mary and wait to flash mob them by running backwards in circle around them while singing the national anthem. Because why not.
Fatigue makes cowards of us all. Preparation and training to run the race of life with the endurance spoken of by the apostle Paul. Let us continue to gather, accelerate, and push one another!
Find a faster man and chase him!
