WARMUP: Mosey, SSH, Weed Pickers, Imperial Walkers

THE THANG: Pair up each PAX has a coupon. Started the loop. One PAX hands their coupon to his partner then runs to a mile marker does 10 merkins and runs back. Other PAX carries both coupons around the loop till the other gets back. PAX swap off once other PAX is back. Some exercises on the loop when the group was all together.

Over all the group averaged a C+ on the “Picking Up the Six. With several reminders everyone seemed to get the point. Bloodhound and Dandy were the outliers bringing down the average ;). Both respectfully ambitious, they got way out ahead of the group (Babyface said it was and understanding thing due to their age) but they made made up for it by reeling it back in and giving us all an appreciated push ;).
