It was supposed to be stormy but we luckily found a hole between fronts and stayed dry. Our mosey took us around the parking lot so we could come back toward the flag to pick up the late arrival…Chancellor!
To warm everyone up we started with some 6 count burpees followed by some windmills and weed pickers. Numbered off the Pax and headed for the coupon storage.

The Thang:

Each pax got to choose an exercise to lead. The only caveat was I got to choose where we did the exercises and how we got there. I may have these out of order but you’ll get the idea.

1. Chancellor- overhead presses w/coupon. Rifle carry to lower parking lot.

2. Snot Rocket- kettle bell swing w/ coupon. Bernie Sanders down the parking lot and back.

3. Black Swan- Copperhead squats. Bear crawl to next light pole.

4. Dough Boy- curls. Shuffle out and back.

5. Camper Wan- high knees. High knees out with butt kickers back twice.

6. Waffle Cone- J lo’s on the coupon. Crab Walk to the light pole.

7. Viceroy-Bobby Hurly’s. Duck walk to the light pole.

8. Brad Pitt- Dips and Step Ups. Mosey up the stairs to the front of the middle school to use the wall.

9. Chancellor- American Hammers. Mosey down the stairs to the west side of middle school covered sidewalk.

10. Snot Rocket- Rocky Balboas. Bear Crawl with Merkins across the parking lot increasing merkin count every 4 crawls.

11. Black Swan- Big Boy Sit Ups. Run to the end of the covered walk and back.

12. Dough Boy- Curls for the Girls. Pulsing lunges across the parking lot.

13. Camper Van- Freddy Mercury’s. Skip back to retrieve coupons.

Rifle carry coupons back to storage and mosey back to the Flag.

14. Brady Bunch – arrived with the coffee.  Shared a cup with a great  bunch of guys!

COT- Dough Boy was 6th man. Shared a common struggle – pursuing God vs. money or wealth.

I shared a story in the making of my step son starting F3 the last week of December here in Woodstock and today was doing his VQ in Omaha NE. You just don’t know the influence you may have on the guy standing next to you.

Prayers: For pax who’s wife is dealing with cancer. For those affected by the killings  at the spas. For Brady Bunch’s recovery. For Waffle Cone’s divorce trial to be fairly settled. For Sharapova’s family dealing with Amy’s cancer. For Stopwatch and lingering Covid issues. For One Scoop’s sister recovering from Kidney transplant.
