WARMUP: the Normal, with the Mission Ststment
THE THANG: #1 Rotary Phone- Run the loop to the first light pole, 1 Burpee, run back fo start. Run to 2nd light pole, 2 burpees, then back to start..and so one.

#2 Partner Work- Partnered up and heading to the playground. Partner 1 started w/ Step-Ups onto the benches while P2 ran around the outside of the fence. Flapjack..did 150 of these.

Round #2. P1 hung by their arms on the on the monkey bars. P2 did same run. When back, if P1 touched the ground, the both did 5 HR merkins flapjack. Then 150 Dips.
