WARMUP: mosey to back gate with some moving stretches
THE THANG: Shake N Bake (partner up. One partner runs to next light post and does merkins. Partner 2 ran to partner 1 then back to where they started then ran past partner 1 to next light. Each turn running faster. Partner 2 did merkins and partner 1 did same run then did squats. Alternated back to flag. Then mosey back to pavilion and did inclines lat pulls on bench. 10 reps then hold 10sec. Repeat at 9 reps down to 1
MARY: Crab walk a parking line and do a BB. Next line 2 BB. (Made it to 10)
