WARMUP: Mosy, SSH, copper head squats, windmills
THE THANG: Route 66 up the back road with tuck jumps at the street lights. Then Mosey to front of school. Work: 20 Bonnie Blair’s, 15 squats, 10 star jumps. Run 2 laps. Rinse and repeat. Partners run opposite directions. When you meet your partner on the laps, stop and do 5 SSH.
