WARMUP: Side Straddle Hops, imperial walker, merkins, weed picker

THE THANG: we mosied over to et booths lower parking lot near the loading dock and did Doras w/ the torture bars
– 200 Overhead press
– 200 curls
– 200 bent over rows
– 200 squats
– while one person would do the exercises with the torture bars, the other would run and jump up the loading dock and then run to the guard rail to do 5 durkins before taking over the main exercise.

MARY: we did it
