THE THANG:
1st part
Split the group, group 1 and group 2.
One group ran up the hill and back down to pick up the other group, while the other group was Bear Crawl up the hill. we switched this off and on until he got to to top, always sticking together as a unit. Once at the top of the hill, we did the same thing except for Crawl Bear down, while the other group ran to the bottom of the hill and back up to switch with other group.

2nd part
Back up the hill to the front of the Theater.
5 Overhead Press
5 Bentover Rows
10 Merkins
15 Squats
X5

Then we ran some sprints, then back to the 5, 5, 10, 15.

Stopped with 5 minutes left for MARY.
