THE THANG: YHC’s celebrating 14 years of marriage today. So, we did 14 exercises, 14 reps each. YHC intended 14 rounds, with a lap in-between each round, but we had time for about 6 or 7. To change things up we tried a ring of fire with each PAX choosing two exercises on the list.
