Burpee EMOM +1 up to 13
Timer set for 13 sets of 60 seconds. 1st minute is 1 burpee. Add 1 burpee each minute and end with 13 burpees for the 13th minute. 91 burpees total in 13 minutes.
Suicides starting at sidewalk on hill. 4 sidewalks total. 13 Squats.13 Merkins. 13 Big Boy Situps. 13 No Surrenders. Rinse and Repeat. We got at least two, maybe three cycles in before moving on to the last round of the beatdown.
Stairway to 13
Starting at base of steps. 13 Carolina Dry Docks. Run to top of steps. 13 lunges per leg. Run down the other set and back to start. Rinse and Repeat. 4 or 5 rounds were completed.
Gather back at the flag with 3 minutes left (0612). Plank on the six.
9 Burpees to finish out with 100 for the BD. (91 done at the start)

Prayers for: BlueLight’s son as he is moving forward in his faith. Scamper’s family dealing with loss of his mom this past Sunday. One Scoop’s sister Shara as she recovers in hospital. Hooch – Health issues that need solution and healing. Stopwatch – Continued prayers as he seeks diagnosis and seeks to get his strength back.
I was so gassed at the end that I forgot the Name-a-rama. PAX reminded me so it got squeezed in right before the closing prayer. We had a boring first 5 minutes of the workout, as we had to build up our burpee count. I should have planned a few more warm-up exercises to fill the time while we waited between burpees for about the first 5 rounds. After that it started to pick up and the last 5 minutes was a gasser.
