WARMUP: SSH, Good Mornings, Weedpickers
THE THANG: Roll the dice: Each exercise is 20 single count reps. Roll a 1=Merkins, 2=Squats, 3=BigBoys, 4=SSH, 5=5 burpees, 6=6 burpees (until I got tired of seeing the dice land on 6, it then went to more merkins), run a lap around the parking lot after each roll and exercise completed.
MARY: A few different core exercises.
