Grab weights (sandbags, kettlebells, dumbbells and bus parts?) move over to smaller field, mosey, warmup, drop for burpee on verbal cue during high knees and butt kickers
Spartans – 12 rounds in parking lot:
Rounds 1-3: Sprint, drop for 10 merkins, jog back, squat for 6
Rounds 4-6: Same but with diamonds
Rounds 7-9: Wide merkins, add jump squats for the 6
Rounds 10-12: Typewriter merkins
Mosey to field
Kraken Walks – 3 merkins, up and power clean weights, run to other side and back to weight, take 2 strides, Rinse and repeat until you make it to the other side
After all have reached the other side, throw in some extra merkins, turn around:
Kraken Escalator – Escalate sets each time, 1 set is 3 merkins and a power clean, two strides, 2 sets, two strides, 3 sets, two strides, 4 sets and begin going back down to 3 sets until 1, then back up until you reach the other side
Bring weights back (should have done mary at this point…)
Mosey out around parking lot, on verbal cue, sprint, then mosey on next cue. Front got ahead a bit, so we turned around for a backwards run. Brad Pitt jumped out at the earth to knock it 2 degrees back in orbit, saving humanity yet again.
