THE THANG: Route 66 with Merkins, Doracides w/ a Bear Crawl (100 Merkins, 200 Big Boys, 300 Squats, cumulative) – one partner bear crawls to and from a bus lane and does Merkins, reps equal that lane number, lanes are 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 while other partner does the exercise. Table Talk – with partner one PAX does 5 Carolina Dry Docks, 5 incline Merkins and 5 dips. The other PAX air chairs until the their partner finishes their reps then they switch. Each time the reps increased by 5 going up to 25 total.
